VOODOO CHILD. (Series).

Voodooo Child is a series of forty-six original works produced in 2024. The drawings are realized using oil pastels, vinyl glue, oil, acrylic, and plaster on surgical drapes, each measuring approximately 50 × 26 cm.
The works are conceived as a continuous series rather than as isolated images. Through repetition, variation, and material layering, each drawing records a direct interaction between gesture and matter, allowing process and residue to remain visible.

The surgical drape functions as a working surface rather than as a representational support. Material decisions, pressure, and sequence accumulate across the series, exposing drawing as a physical and temporal act.

Expose — drawing operates as a direct register of material action, making gesture, accumulation, and repetition visible without mediation.
