TABULA SCRIPTA. (Series).

Tabula Scripta is a series of 52 original works produced in 2023.
The series is realized using oil pastels, vinyl glue, oil, acrylic, and plaster on paper, each work measuring approximately 30 × 24.2 cm.

The works function as exposed surfaces where drawing behaves as a form of writing without language. Marks, layers, and material deposits accumulate as inscriptions, registering gestures, pressure, and duration without stabilizing into signs or representations.

Rather than conveying meaning, Tabula Scripta presents drawing as a process of notation: a surface where action leaves a trace, and where the act of marking precedes interpretation.

Expose - The series exposes inscription as a material condition, allowing marks to remain visible as traces of action without being translated into symbols, language, or narrative.
